“Trust in the LORD and do good; Dwell in the land, and feed on his faithfulness. Delight yourself also in the LORD; And He will give you the desires of your heart.” (Psalm 37:3-4)
If you did what this Scripture said and fed on God's faithfulness, worry would be a thing of the past, it would simply starve to death as you focused on God's faithfulness, took Him at His word and trusted His promises.
Worry is fed by fear and God's word continually tells us not to fear. Worry would disappear if you didn’t feed it.
